Using a deep, intuitive understanding of both programming and usability, I pride myself on making game engines that are just as efficient as they are easy to use. To date I have written two of my own game engines in C++ and learned a lot about engine architecture and optimization, from both formal education and firsthand experience.

The mindset of a systems programmer and a graphics programmer should be similar, in my opinion. Make it easy to use for the systems programmers, and optimize it so that everyone’s hard work can look beautiful for players.
